Is Fly Cleared available now?
Not publicly. Fly Cleared is in private beta and waitlist mode while we validate the product with small flight schools.
Who is Fly Cleared for?
The first audience is small flight school owners, managers, and chief instructors, especially Part 61 schools coordinating a small fleet, instructors, students, and daily operations.
What does AI do in Fly Cleared?
The early AI direction is assistive: draft follow-up messages, summarize operational context, suggest next steps, and help staff move faster. Staff should review AI output before it is used.
Can AI send messages or make decisions on its own?
No. The product direction is human review first. AI should help staff prepare work, not send official communications, make training decisions, or replace school judgment.
Does Fly Cleared replace a CFI or official FAA guidance?
No. Fly Cleared does not certify pilot proficiency, replace a CFI, replace FAA guidance, issue endorsements, sign logbooks, or make official training decisions.
Does Fly Cleared handle maintenance compliance?
No. Fly Cleared may help coordinate reminders and downtime planning, but it does not replace official maintenance records, inspections, airworthiness decisions, compliance systems, or required sign-offs.
Is this a dispatch, weather, or regulatory system?
No. Fly Cleared is an operations coordination layer. It is not a dispatch authority, official weather briefing source, regulatory system of record, or substitute for the procedures and records your school is required to maintain.
Will there be Spanish support?
Yes. Bilingual English and Spanish communication is part of the product direction because many flight schools serve mixed-language communities. Staff review remains important for accuracy and tone.
Will pricing be public?
Not yet. We are keeping the launch waitlist-only while we learn what schools actually need and what packaging makes sense.
Can I see screenshots?
Yes. The home page includes concept screenshots using fictional sample data. They are not for operational use, but they show the direction of the scheduling, command center, and billing workflow views.
